Donate by Mail is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering veterans through technology. We understand the unique challenges that veterans face in transitioning back to civilian life, and we aim to provide them with the tools they need to succeed in the digital age.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bridge the digital divide for veterans by collecting unused tech devices and redistributing them to those in need. From laptops and smartphones to other essential digital tools, we make sure veterans have the resources they need to access education, healthcare, and job opportunities.

Why We Do It

Veterans have served our country with honor and courage. Yet, upon returning home, many find themselves struggling with limited resources and opportunities. We believe that by providing veterans with the technology they need, we can help them reintegrate into society more seamlessly and take advantage of the opportunities the digital world offers.

How It Works

1. Collection: We have strategically placed donation boxes in various locations, such as community centers. Simply drop your unused tech devices in one of our secure boxes.

2. Processing: All donated devices undergo a thorough evaluation and refurbishing process to ensure they meet quality standards.

3. Distribution: The refurbished devices are then distributed to veterans, along with educational resources to help them make the most out of their new tools.

Our Impact

To date, Donate by Mail has successfully redistributed over 2,000 devices, impacting the lives of hundreds of veterans. We've partnered with educational institutions to offer courses and have also worked closely with healthcare providers to ensure veterans can access telehealth services.
